With a little help from the surgical branch of the medical profession? The word prosthesis comes to mind. Although this might be problematical if you're not a nudist. Or it's a cloudy day. :(
Interesting. The big problem is to get the neural network and the computer-controlled prosthesis to communicate.
Years ago, Dr. Jerrold Petrofsky worked on a computer-controlled method to "animate" paralyzed limbs via computer-controlled muscle stimulation. His story, and that of his subject (Nan Davis), was turned in to a made-for-TV movie, "First Steps".
Actually, the USB one makes sense. I mean, many people have their porn right there on the computer, so having easy power available right there, it's a natural.
The one that blew my mind was the one with a 12v car lighter adapter. I mean, Ok, some people want to do that in the car. Got that, can deal with it. But apparently some people want to do that in the car so often that the battaries keep going flat. :)

Uh...yeah.
Another reason for the USB device: Computer widows. Especially if the hubby is too engrossed with computer games and/or other computer stuff. (Ok, I'm a computer geek but I'm not *that* much of one. :) )
