a very quick note - I do not have carpal tunnel, but occasionally I do get warning twinges and symptoms. I've been stubbornly ignoring possible trouble the past week or so, but now I'm getting tightness, cold hands and more aches and pains. Love you all, but I'm going to be offline as much as possible for the next few days (considering I HAVE to type at work), at least - I will read, though!
