Why NOT to read the news
Mar. 6th, 2003 07:47 amLines of thunderstorms marched through, apparently right next to our bedroom window, all night. Me, I wake up every half hour or so with crashing in my ears, flashes of light in my eyes, and an absolute conviction that the war has started and I'm right in the middle of it.
Oh, god. Someone shoot me, please.
ACat's a sweetheart, points out I don't stay home often, and so I am calling in sick and sleeping today 'cause I'm just really not very functional at the moment. Bleah.
