Beware the ides of December! (and the ideas of March!)

For I am, as of earlier this afternoon, unstitched and sling-free, having been graced with some very cool photos of the inside of my shoulder. (Unfortunately, I didn't ask for copies. I should have - what a cool LJ icon.) So I am overjoyed, on the loose and ready to hug unsuspecting victims in the name of physical therapy! BEWARE!

Hi there - I am glad to see you are well. I'm sorry I didn't get to chat with you guys earlier today. We were in a bit of a crisis mode! The details of which are long and boring.

Not a problem - sorry we had to interrupt you on the phone. In fact, it turns out we could have skipped it since the timecard I was asking about I had actually brought by last Friday, since that was my infamous One Hour Workday and I was also bringing by the timesheet I forgot to give ACat to give you folks when he got my check the day before. Anyhow, long story short, it was a non-crisis and sorry for the interruption. :)

Not an interruption at all - we were dealing with a difficult client and I was on the phone with our Ops Manager to try to figure out a solution. I would have much rather chatted with you guys - because you are much nicer than the mean ol' client. And although I do enjoy speaking with my ops manager, I would have rather not spoken to her about that mean ol' client in the first place!

Either way - I will see you next week.

I got an "after" xray printout, but didn't think mine was clear enough to scan and make into an icon.

Well, these photos were taking during the surgery, through a fiber optic camera while he was actually in there doing the cutting so it's great resolution and clarity, good color and right there in the joint. The spur looked pretty ugly, from that perspective.

As for hugs, you're welcome to one any time! Come visit, you can advise me on how well the therapy is working! :)

Thanks - I'm convinced I see some progress already compared to what I could do at the doctor's office yesterday, but ACat points out that's partly because the muscles and such were bound up and stiff when they just got out. Regardless, I'm very pleased! *bearhug*
