A little cheerful surreality
Dec. 23rd, 2003 10:16 amI tried a couple times to staple something I just faxed out and the staple kept not going through on both sides - hmmm. I opened the stapler to see what was going on.
There was a live ladybug, lying on it's back flailing it's legs. I must have made a noise since a coworker asked me what was up. I told her and showed her and she made a much louder noise as it flipped itself upright and started walking inside my stapler.
I have no idea how it got there, why it didn't get crunched, or what to do with it. I think I have a pet ladybug now. *G* This is exactly what my day needed!
