Strange brain indeed

*yawn*
Last night, I couldn't sleep worth a damn - I just couldn't. Kept waking up, tossing and turning, and I finally gave up and got up early. I puttered a bit, had some breakfast, watched some TV, checked the email and so on. ACat eventually got up and we chatted a little, and I offered him the backrub I was too tired to followup on giving last night.

Afterwards we snuggled a little and I said I was going to try sleeping again. He eventually gave up and got up, and I lay in bed whining at myself about lack of sleep. Eventually I decided I should get up and take a shower, and he came in from a 4th of July picnic to ask if I wanted to go swimming. Just about that time I looked around, realized I was in an apartment I had never seen before, and had slipped into a dream somewhere along the line and was actually lying asleep in my own bed.

This, of course, promptly woke me up. *G* I don't get me, sometimes.

That would have been fun to work in - but I woke up just as soon as I realized I was dreaming, anyhow.

You could wake up the moment you realized you weren't soaked. :)
