kitanziJust 'cause this actually apparently came up at work today, in a call I didn't take:
If an irate consumer is threatening to blow up your bank if you don't get something fixed on his credit file immediately, do you
a) call the credit bureau in a tizzy or
b) call the police? (or at the damn least call security?)
