LJ Optimums

I have been (as may have been noted) experimenting with different styles for the LJ pages here, mostly when I'm screaming bored at work. Does it really make a big difference in download time for people? I think I'm going back to the original, simplest style, at least for now, since I'd rather have it easily accessible. I don't know if anyone has noticed the assorted different styles that have paraded through here recently (some for VERY brief times!) but anyone have a favorite?

I know some people spend a lot of time getting their journals customized to look just so, but I have to confess that I never see all that work, for the most part. I read everything via my friends page, so I just see what I assume is a default appearance :-)

Same here. I have a fetching dark blue and light blue color combination for your posts on my friends' page. ;-)

I must confess, I too read your journal via my friends page (Green and red :). I chose a color scheme for my journal to please myself, not anyone else.
