No, so thanks for embedding it. It was every bit as good as his "Twisted Christmas."
Norskies do *their* going nuts with fireworks on New Year's Eve. The grandkids in Norway live right on the demarcation line of where it's legal to shoot off fireworks inside their city limits, so neighbors from several blocks around congregate their and unleash a display of ornamental firepower remiscent of the "million dollar minute" of Close Air Support that concludes division-level combined arms exercises. The next day, the litter is incredible, as most of the celebrants are too lit to worry about policing up the remnants. City workers have it carted off by next evening.
On their Independence / Constitution Day (17 May), the big deals are the 2 parades: schools & school bands, followed by any group that cares get together and demonstrate their pastime while walking around town. You can see everything from folk dancers, garage bands, belly dancers (REALLY brave in a cold, wet, Norskie spring), and gymnasts. Neat!
Nothing terribly drastic. A cabin light got left on in the Prius and it ran the starter battery down. This was complicated by the fact that when the Prius won't start, there's no way to shift it into neutral, and it was parked nose-first in the garage, so we couldn't get jumper cables to it. Hence the need to call AAA to come out with their handy portable jumppack technology.
As places to be stranded by car trouble, one's own home is an ideal location. :)
I did that, minus the at-home part, with my old Nissan pickup. One of many head-slappers I've pulled, being outsmarted by cab light options! That sold me on extra-long jumper cables.
I'm glad you two have AAA, and that the problem was only a drained battery. I've had AAA since the early '70s, and got Lois to join when we married and she finally (half-)owned a car. Over the years we traditionally gave AAA memberships as birthday presents to most of Lois's sibs. Can you tell I'm a fan of AAA? [g]

And relieved they showed up timely
And then un-stranded thee
And I'll promptly stand up
Next to you, in paying up today
'Cause there's always times
You need a hand
God bless the Triple-A!
I heard that song so many times in the 82nd, back in the 80s, that I'm glad to finally get that out of my system. Glad you're OK!
