Ah, it's Banff (http://www.banff.ca/) in Alberta. I'd only heard the name on the radio (I sometimes listen to Canadian radio because I live within range of CBC's Windsor station) and misheard the second consonant. Anyway, it's still what "BAMF" makes me think of.
