As I've mentioned, I'm using the Atkins nutrition plan to lose weight. One of the unexpected "health foods" for that is pork rinds, of all things. No carbs whatsoever - amazing. I've never tried them before (hell, I don't recall ever seeing them offered in NH) but I was STARVING today so I just went and got a bag of them from the vending machine.

I've never tried these before, and they aren't half bad. The thing that really strikes me, though, is they crunch almost exactly like rice cakes, which observation will probably equally outrage and offend both people who like rice cakes and people who like pork rinds!..
