OVFF was great, catching up is impossible

I am at skip=400 and still not all the way back to catch up on my friends list, so I give up. OVFF was wonderful, I had a great time, want to do it again... in a month or two. (I'm still consistently finding that I want to say, round about halfway through Saturday, something like "It's a wonderful con but can I please wrap up the rest of it and take it home for later? I'm full.")

I hermited more than I might have wished for, for various reasons, and didn't see as much as I hoped for of a number of friends, but it was a damned good time anyhow. Congrats to all the Pegasus winners - this was one of the hardest years I can recall for picking a single choice to vote for in each category. I am home, I am happy, I am falling over sideways to get some sleep in my *own bed*!

Heh, it's become my catchphrase to explain why I have to disappear for a while on Saturday afternoon for a while, usually. :) It seems like a waste of con-time, but if I don't I'm impossible for the rest of the day. Too bad it can't really be done, huh? "And now, for those of you who have temporarily had enough con, we're auctioning off a Con-Keeper - the newest tupperware gadget to keep your leftover con fresh for up to a month!" Hey, I'd buy it.
