I don't know enough about Kitanzi.
Kitanzi is adored by someone whose opinion I respect, and is therefore adorable.
If I were alone in a room with Kitanzi, I would like to get to know her better.
I think Kitanzi should write more about herself in her journal.
Kitanzi needs a job where she is happier.

I think Kitanzi's weakest point would be not writing enough in her LJ? (seriously, don't know well enough to say).
