I went in to work today, spoke to my supervisor for about three sentences, and got sent back home to get over this damn flu bug. While I'm quite sure that's a good idea and I'm glad he did, I AM BORED OUT OF MY MIND and I have the attention span of a gnat, between general exhaustion, aches, and medication.

I'm sending out a plea - anyone out there have any interesting news, stories, sites, jokes, photos, anything that might amuse a sick gnat? There's only so much tv I can space out in front of before going berserk, and I just don't have the energy for berserk right now.

Thank you. I thought I might ask for a bullet between the eyes in lieu of amusement, but that might upset some people. I don't actually want that, I just want to be out of this body for a while. :( But I really want it badly. Get Well vibes are certainly much more useful!

Thanks- I googled free flute-gifs long ago for some reason that now escapes me, and when I eventually got around to creating an LJ account, it was still lying there on my hard drive, conveniently icon-sized.
