That's something we *don't* get out here, is rain that's both heavy enough and warm enough to justify going and running around in. Plenty of drizzle and plenty of puddles to stomp, but the rain is cold-cold-cold and even more so when it deigns to make down in quantity. I remember an old friend of mine from California spinning around in Little Five Points exulting in the rain in July... she was from San Jose and they don't get anything like that there...
